Challenge
With only a small crew - one freelance videographer and myself - we had to produce two very different films (an intimate process story and a broader corporate brand story) that still needed to feel like one cohesive brand voice. The Manufaktur film in particular needed to translate a technical, step-by-step production process into an emotional story about craftsmanship and the people behind it, without a full production team. The Brand History film required coordinating a CEO's schedule and three separate filming locations within a tight timeframe.
Solutions
For the Manufaktur film, I structured the narrative into clear chapters that followed the actual jewelry-making process, then took over the final edit myself to make sure the pacing and tone stayed human and emotional rather than purely technical. For the Brand History film, I broke the brand's 60+ year story into four focused chapters to give the CEO's message a clear, easy-to-follow arc, and built a shoot schedule that sequenced the three locations efficiently around the available crew and cast.

/ MY RESPONSIBILITIES
Led two flagship video productions for the brand in 2025, from concept to final cut.
01 Manufaktur Film — Fully responsible for the script, production planning, and shoot coordination. Directed a freelance videographer who handled filming and a rough cut, while I carried out the final edit, pacing, and polish.
02 Brand History Film — Acted as producer and scriptwriter, structuring the film into four chapters (Who We Are / Our Products / B2B Services / Our Vision for the Future). Wrote the CEO's on-camera script and coordinated the shoot across three filming locations, balancing crew schedules and availability.
